When you enter our two-bedroom accommodation in Turangi Leisure Lodge you walk straight into an open-plan space. This is the living area, including a dining space, lounge and full kitchen with every appliance and kitchen implement under the sun. The living areas are spacious with plenty of room for all to relax, and interact without stepping on each other’s toes.
In addition to the large cushy couch and dining table, the living room includes a second handy pull-out couch for extra guests. Just let us know if you’re planning to use it and we’ll make sure there’s extra linen available.
Downstairs you’ll also find a good-sized bedroom with two beds – one double bed and one single. This arrangement is perfect for a couple with a child or a group of children who are keen to bunk in together. Just outside the bedroom door is the first of two full bathrooms within the unit as well as a separate toilet.
Two of our two-bedroom units are also wheelchair-friendly. These are equipped with wet-shower areas, raised toilet seats and handrails in the downstairs bathroom. Just let us know if you require one of these when booking.
The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom are upstairs, offering some privacy from the rest of the unit. This little retreat is the perfect place to relax while the rest of the group gathers downstairs.
While some of the two-bedroom accommodation options in Turangi Leisure Lodge are is newly refurbished, some units carry their original charm. All have a spacious single carport that can easily accommodate a large vehicle or boat and all have their own laundry facilities too. With the inclusion of the pull-out couch, up to five people can sleep comfortably in our self-contained accommodation in Turangi.
